Outreach Services
Working with various partners and other organisations we reach out to young people in the community to offer support.
This is mainly aimed at young people who require support within their own homes or within their community. This is achieved through 1 to 1 support, workshops or drop in services. Support can be on short term or long term basis based on individual circumstances.
Services are designed to encourage and support young people transition to independence as well as encouraging them to participate in social activities.
